81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, just 3 days before her 82nd birthday, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Albert F. Baribault (Ret. PPD) and the late Dorothy E. (Creamer) Baribault. She was the beloved wife of the late Giulio Lancellotta, Sr.
Barbara was employed by Mine Safety Appliance as a supervisor for 17 years before retiring. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. In her spare time she had a passion for baking, taking vacations to Italy and Florida with her late husband, and making her home a place of love and joy for her family and friends. She truly was a homemaker.
She leaves her children, Anthony Lancellotta (Melissa), Olivia Corsi, Barbara Hebert (David), Albert Lancellotta (Debra) Gene Lancellotta (Ana) Domenic Lancellotta (Michele), a brother, Albert Baribault, two sisters, Janet Collins and Dianne Tucker, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Giulio Lancellotta, Jr., and sister of the late William, Donald, Richard, and Edward Baribault, Patricia Fontaine, and Shirley Harnois.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 8:45 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Blessed Sacrament Church 179 Academy Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Please note: Face masks are respectfully requested by the family.
