Raymond Michael Corsair passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:15 am. He is survived by his beloved wife Annemarie; his children, Rebecca Lynn Razumny (James), Adam Michael Corsair (Cynthia), and the late Kyle Raymond Corsair; his grandchildren Jameson Alexander Razumny and Brenna Lynne Corsair, and his siblings Judith O. Corsair Betters (Robert) and Terry D. Corsair (Lana), along with multiple nieces and nephews.
Raymond received his Bachelor's Degree, his Master's Degree, and Cags in Clinical Psychology from Rhode Island College, and was a PhD candidate at Capella University. He was a dedicated psychologist serving over 30 years for the State of Rhode Island in the Department of Developmental Disabilities, the Department of Clinical Psychology, and the Department of Corrections as a Psychological Counselor, while also being the Co-Founder of "Time for Youth" with Thomas Dwyer.
Raymond enjoyed vacationing in North Conway, NH, with his family and spending as much time as he could with his children. He never missed a dance recital, sports game, or any other special event that his children partook in. Besides being a devoted husband, father, brother, and uncle, Raymond was a die-hard Oakland Athletics, Denver Broncos, Montreal Canadiens, and Princeton Tigers fan. He loved musical groups such as ABBA, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Staind, and Our Lady Peace. He was an avid collector of sports cards and antiques. He will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, it would be greatly appreciated to donate to Children's Friends & Services, 153 Summer Street, Providence, RI 02903 in honor of Ray's memory.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home., 331 Smith Providence.
